1. Returns Eligibility

You are eligible to request a return if:

The item is returned within [7 / 10 / 14 / 30] days of delivery
The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Original tags, packaging, and invoice are intact

❌ Items that are damaged due to misuse or missing tags may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Innerwear / lingerie
Customized or made-to-order products
Items marked as “Final Sale”
Gift cards

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

- Reason for return
- Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)
Our support team will respond within 48 hours
Once approved, we will share return instructions

Do not send products without approval.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method
Refund processing time: 5–10 business days

💳 Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Replacement / Exchange

Exchanges are allowed for size or color issues, subject to availability
If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued

A defective product

We are not responsible for lost return shipments
